1. General

The information on this website is published for general information about Rosni Agri Information Pvt Ltd and its products. It is offered in good faith and traced to source, but it is not a warranty, a specification or a professional opinion, and it does not form part of any contract.

2. Advisory in nature

Every recommendation Rosni produces — a fertiliser recommendation, a crop advisory, a treatment suggestion, a mitigation plan — is advisory. It is an input to a decision that remains yours.

Agricultural outcomes depend on many things Rosni does not observe and cannot control: weather after the advisory is issued, seed quality and variety, irrigation, the timing and accuracy of application, pest and disease pressure, soil physical condition, previous crop history, and the way the field is actually managed. Two farms given the same advice will not get the same result.

Rosni does not guarantee any yield, any saving, any quality outcome or any financial return.

3. Satellite-derived measurements

Dhara, Dhara Plus, Harcane and PowerMaize+ derive their output from satellite imagery analysed by models. That output is a modelled estimate, not a direct physical measurement of the soil or crop in front of you.

The estimate is affected by, among other things:

• Cloud cover, haze and atmospheric conditions at the time of imaging
• The date of the last usable satellite pass over the field
• The accuracy of the field boundary or coordinates supplied
• Ground conditions at imaging — crop stage, residue, standing water, recent tillage
• How closely the field resembles the conditions the models were calibrated against

Dhara output is not a laboratory soil test and is not represented as one. It does not replace a statutory Soil Health Card, or any laboratory analysis required for a regulatory, certification, insurance or legal purpose. Where such a purpose requires a laboratory result, obtain one.

Where an advisory has significant cost or agronomic consequences, we encourage you to check it against local agronomic judgement and, where appropriate, physical verification before acting.

4. Forecasts and predictions

Dhara Plus forecasts nutrient stress. A forecast describes what the models expect on the information available at the time it is produced. It is inherently probabilistic and inherently sensitive to weather that has not happened yet.

A forecast that does not come to pass is not necessarily a defect. Forecasts should be treated as a warning worth acting on, not as a statement of fact about the future.

5. Crop area and yield estimates

PowerMaize+ and Harcane report crop area, standing crop and yield estimates derived from satellite classification. These are produced for planning purposes.

They must not be used as:

• Evidence of land ownership, tenancy, possession or boundary
• A determination of eligibility for any subsidy, scheme or entitlement
• The sole basis for settling an insurance claim
• A substitute for official revenue or crop-cutting records where the law requires them

Where an area or yield figure carries legal or financial consequence for an individual, it should be corroborated against official records and ground verification.

6. Roshfem

Roshfem is an oral supplement that increases the possibility of a female calf. It does not determine the sex of a calf and it does not guarantee a female calf in any individual animal. Results reported at herd level do not predict the outcome of a single insemination.

The technology underlying Roshfem is patented by, and licensed to Rosni by, its patent holder. The trial results published on this site were generated by the patent holder and by the institutions named alongside them — not by Rosni. Rosni reproduces them as supplied and does not represent them as its own research.

Trial results are historical. They describe what happened in those trials, under those conditions, with those animals and that management. Outcomes on your farm may differ.

Roshfem should be used according to its label and product literature. Any side effects recorded in the product literature are published there and should be read before use. Decisions about the health, breeding and treatment of animals should be taken with a registered veterinary practitioner. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, and nothing here should delay or displace veterinary attention.

7. I-Grow and automation

I-Grow automates environmental control in protected cultivation. It is an aid to good management, not a replacement for it. Automated systems depend on power, network connectivity, correctly installed and calibrated sensors, and functioning irrigation and control hardware — and they can fail.

Growers remain responsible for monitoring their crop and for maintaining the installation. No automation outcome, yield or quality result is guaranteed.

8. Third-party data

Some information Rosni delivers originates with third parties — satellite imagery providers, meteorological services, mandi and market rate sources, and government scheme information. Rosni passes this on in good faith but does not control its accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and is not responsible for errors originating with the source.

Mandi rates in particular are indicative reference prices. They are not an offer, a quotation or a guaranteed price at any market.

9. Illustrative material

Screenshots, sample reports, maps and product imagery on this site are illustrative examples of output. Figures shown in them relate to the specific field, farm or date illustrated and should not be read as typical, representative or expected results.

Interface designs shown may differ from the current release.

10. Forward-looking statements

Statements about products not yet released, expected release timing, planned capability and intended coverage — including the expected availability of Dhara Plus — reflect current intention at the date of this page. They are not commitments, and plans change.

11. No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, investment, insurance, tax or veterinary advice. Statements about the economics of a product describe a general commercial argument, not a projection of your returns. Take your own professional advice before making a decision that depends on any of these.
